Quick and not very painful

All was good, but the owner who waxed me has a very aggressive way of waxing and justifies it by saying that her "clients like it quick". For me it just hurt a tonne and I ended up with bruising and redness for days.

The therapist is really friendly and sweet and made me feel comfortable but the wax felt rushed and wasn’t very thorough. I think this is because there was someone else waiting even though I was on time for my appointment.
