This was a terrible Hollywood wax, the lady had on really long acrylics making it difficult to grab and pull. The wax was breaking mid pull. This is the longest, most painful wax I have ever had. I’ve been here twice before but this has never happened before. The wax was too hot. I didn’t feel like I could communicate my issue during my wax as there was a language barrier. Safe to say this is the worst waxing experience I have ever experienced. I was physically sweating from the pain.
