Overall the manicure was great and Adriana was really friendly. The appointment took longer than expected though as 2 different customers came in during my treatment for eyebrow appointments, so Adriana had to leave to do those.

Adrianna was sweet and the massage was really good, but I paid for a one hour massage and she started almost 20 mins after 4pm yet still finished at 5pm. I wish I booked only a 30 min massage.

Best wax in London, hands down. Haven’t had a wax for several months so I was a bit nervous - it was so quick and as painless as possible. Gaby helped me breathe through it, and I’m thrilled with the results - not one hair in sight!!!!
