Worst ever wax... this treatment was rushed through... no care taken... just slapped wax on and ripped off... when treatment was finished she just rushed out to deal with an awaiting client and did not wait to see me out, i found this rude. Also did not use a bin during treatment so when i left their was wax with my hair everywhere! will not be returning to this salon.

The worst gel nails/shellac I have ever had.
There were probably only 7 colours to choose from, none of which I particularly liked. It was a manicure and she didn't even shape/trim my nails until she started putting on the varnish and I asked her to do it. Even then they were barely done.
Varnish was put on miles from my cuticle, looks 2weeks old already.
I honestly could have done a better job myself. No base coat and each layer was so haphazardly done the colour isn't consistent on each nail. They look so bad and cheap that they need to be redone somewhere else.
Thank god for Treatwells voucher otherwise I would've been LIVID to pay full price for such a bad job.

Clean venue and friendly staff. Treatment done: Hollywood wax and Underarm. Hot wax was painful so she tried warm strip wax instead (much better).

The location is good, luckily I had read previous comments so I knew that I had to enter in a shop to find the salon. The staff was nice. Nevertheless, I didn't enjoy my treatment, it was a bit painful and the room was small and sad. My treatment started with 15 min delays when they ask to come 10 min before your appointment time which I didn't like either. Finally I had another bad surprise : cash only.
