I had a lovely therapist, who was very friendly and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and spoke to me throughout the treatment which I always find works as a great distraction and helps me to relax. Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered she hadn't been entirely thorough though so I had to remove some hair myself using tweezers. I think this may have been because the lighting wasn't as good as it needed to be in the salon. All in all though, I was happy with the treatment.

Felt that facial was a bit rushed. I booked an hour facial so it could be an indulgent, relaxing experience but I didn't get that feeling. The therapist seemed very good but more could be done to set the ambience and make the whole thing feel more special.
