Good value for money. The staff who run the salon seem quite inexperienced, shouting up and down the stairs and also the faffing at the beginning meant we started late. The lady who did my wax was good.

I've had a good experience at this salon before. However, this time the treatment was really rushed as the lady tried to fit me in before a 1 hour appointment she had turned up late to. She didn't ask me about what colour I would like etc., and I had to ask her to re-do some of the treatment as bits were missed and the dye hadn't taken in the short time she had given it. She had done this allz really thoroughly last time I had been there. I understand that one of the staff members was taken sick at the last minute, but she should have just cancelled or rearranged the appointment rather than rushing through it. Disappointed.
