Staff were really lovely, venue was fine. It was a shame the wax was so hot it burnt me. Leg wax was fine.

The staff were lovely but my manicure and pedicure look terrible. Unfortunately I didn't realise how bad it was until I left the salon. I am not sure the employee was fully trained. I am only saying this because I have done a beauty course and I know what to expect when I go into a salon. She flooded the cuticles, she went from filing straight to polish- no moisturising. The all in one gel varnish which was used was not of very good quality. It is a real shame, because the staff were great.

The massage was just amazing! I've had a bad back for a while and the lady was fantastic at getting rid of the knots and aches in my back. I was also treated to a relaxing head massage! Wonderful stuff and great value!
