Although the treatment itself (peducire focusing on dead skin/callus removal) was very good, and the girl who did it was very friendly and chatty, I had an issue in that despite having booked for 11:15 on Treatwell (and it being confirmed by email) I was told that I should have rung/emailed the salon directly to confirm as well. This meant that I had to wait for the people before me to be finished before I could be seen, a total of 45 minutes.

I don't like to leave a negative review but I can only be honest. The therapist seemed v rushed; perhaps because she was juggling two clients at once. The lighting was poor, the wax wasn't applied uniformly, the strips weren't smoothed down and she was jumping around different areas of my legs - all meaning a poor result. In addition to the usual areas missed by most beauticians (inside of knees and outside of thighs) she missed lots of other patches. She applied oil (to the backs of my legs only, I was told I could do the fronts myself if I wanted as she rushed out) before I had a chance to check her work. I had to call her back in to point out that she'd missed my entire right knee, but I gave up with the rest.
I wish I hadn't bothered with this place as I had to re-do it all at home myself.

Beauty therapist was friendly and professional. She was tentative and made sure I was satisfied with the service i.e. Checked if nail shape was ok, ensured I was happy with the colour. I would recommend this salon to friends and family.
