I don't like to leave a negative review but I can only be honest. The therapist seemed v rushed; perhaps because she was juggling two clients at once. The lighting was poor, the wax wasn't applied uniformly, the strips weren't smoothed down and she was jumping around different areas of my legs - all meaning a poor result. In addition to the usual areas missed by most beauticians (inside of knees and outside of thighs) she missed lots of other patches. She applied oil (to the backs of my legs only, I was told I could do the fronts myself if I wanted as she rushed out) before I had a chance to check her work. I had to call her back in to point out that she'd missed my entire right knee, but I gave up with the rest.
I wish I hadn't bothered with this place as I had to re-do it all at home myself.

Beauty therapist was friendly and professional. She was tentative and made sure I was satisfied with the service i.e. Checked if nail shape was ok, ensured I was happy with the colour. I would recommend this salon to friends and family.

I had a Hollywood wax but it wasn't the best I have had. Firstly the staff didn't know what I was there for and thought it was underarm. Then hot wax was not used all over, strip wax was also used. It was quite painful at times. Also was left with some hairs and the 'back' wasn't waxed. Final issue was that the staff didn't know how much it was meant to cost as I booked through Treatwell and asked me how much it was. They don't take card which was stated so was fine but then she said she didn't have change. Eventually found some coins for me but didn't seem happy about it. The place was small but quite nice. Seemed clean and the staff were friendly and chatty.

I had eyebrow threading and it was very good. Quick and good shape. Friendly staff. Good value. Only didn't rate 5 stars as staff didn't quite know what I was there for and how much it should cost. I had to state why I was there and how much it cost through Treatwell.
