I have been getting waxed for the past 10 years and this was one of the worst waxes I've ever had. I have a really good pain tolerance, I've never made a sound in a wax before. I was actually yelping in pain. I don't think the therapist had had any sort of training (she didn't even hold the skin taut!) When she said she was done and 'Is it Ok?' I asked her if she was joking as there was huge patches missed. she had 'forgotten' to go back to those areas apparently. When I got home I noticed loads more patches completely missed. Yes its slightly cheaper than average (£27) but NOT worth it at all. It's a shame as the lady was actually nice and it's super close to my house, if the service was better I would have been a regular.

Not the best wax ever, a fair few spots missing but otherwise pretty good. Did the job! Waiting room was full of her kid's teenage friends which could be a bit offputting. Otherwise pretty good.
