The booking went well and just had to wait a few minutes before we could start treatment. The facial itself was good but no steam was used - only hot towels. The lady however was thorough. At times she was occupied with picking up the phone whilst giving me the treatment (not aware she was washing her hands in between!). At one point, I had my mask on, an 'accountant' came in and they engaged in a very long conversation about annual accounts, business rates and how she enjoyed her job which I could all hear. First of all not very relaxing and also left me wondering whether she forgot about me. This took about 15 minutes and my mask started stinging in my face. I decided to take the mask off myself because I had another appointment and this was running over time. In sum, the beginning of the treatment was fine, and the lady was thorough, the end of it was less fun, especially if you're paying for a service! Not going back.

the people were really nice and the place was very clean. The only negative comment I have is the address is a bit confusing.

Really happy with the service. Very friendly staff. Don't be put off that the shop is located at the back of a clothes shop, it is a separate section with a lot of privacy. Will go back again.
