Really friendly chatty staff that worked quickly. The place was not what I expected at the back of a store....so it was hard to find at first driving past.
I booked an Environ Active Vitamin Facial. I was disappointed when Adrianna said she did not have the ultrasound machine or the iononzone machine to do the facial properly. I requested a full refund as Environ facials are only effective with the machine. Adrianna informed me she would refund me in full.
Adriana was really great at getting you relaxed, making sure the experience is all about your needs - asking which areas needed working on in particular and trying to help. I have a really bad upper back that usually needs cracking all the time but since my appointment I haven't really needed to all week. When I've had massages in the past, it's usually returned to being bad almost immediately - but not this time! I'm thinking about booking every month as it's really helped my posture. Thanks Adriana!
