The Hollywood wax I had included some unorthodox steps. Definitely wasn't the way I've ever had one before and the results weren't great at all. Was a real shame as the staff member was really lovely. Wouldn't go back.

Had a Hollywood wax and the woman just used strip wax wasn't even gentle but just fast to get the job done! Also after I told her to use hot wax she continued with strip wax!
Not even half of the hair were gone and still wax everywhere! She broke the strip wax sticks in half to have smaller ones when I asked for a glass of water another girl took a already opened water bottle and pored it in a plastic glass. Was really bad

Not a thorough job. Tried it before and was hopefully I came on an off day. I Won't return. Definitely had mch better results elsewhere. Y pay for a 'hot wax' when they end up using wax strips for 70% of the wax. Super painful
