The room itself where the waxing was done was clean and presentable. The only disadvantage was the salon is inside a store. My appointment was 30-40 mins late because the previous person was late to their appointment which was a bit annoying but I wasn't in a massive rush. The lady who did the waxing was very friendly. Would defiantly go back.
