I was really disappointed with my wax here. Obviously it's never going to be pain free but this was the most painful wax I've had in years, as it was so rushed and not gentle at all! The lady was just rushing and not taking any care, and it wasn't very thorough. They need to put more time and energy in to their service.

This is probably hands down the worst wax treatment I have ever had. The therapist didn't really know what she was doing - the wax kept getting stuck so she kept adding layers onto it. Lots of tugging which was unpleasant. Was also asked to get into lots of awkward positions (including a crab). Reusing of wax strips which seems very unhygienic. Was left with wax residue and asked to apply cream myself.
