The therapist was pleasant and running right on time. The treatment room however was quite dirty - the bed sheets were very dirty, as was the floor. The treatment itself was ok - quick, and fairly thorough. Cheap prices.

I was really disappointed with my wax here. Obviously it's never going to be pain free but this was the most painful wax I've had in years, as it was so rushed and not gentle at all! The lady was just rushing and not taking any care, and it wasn't very thorough. They need to put more time and energy in to their service.
