The original colour I chose for my gel manicure came off within 24 hours, however we discussed the possibility of me coming back in to choose a different colour if that happened. I was able to switch colours the next day which was helpful.

Before starting the treatment I specifically asked to focus on the lower back part of my body but received no massage in that area. The seat did not allow to be in a comfortable/relaxing position and had to reposition throughout the treatment. No glass of water was offered after the massage.
