Bella was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Was able to fit me in despite booking last minute. I'd probably go back because of the friendliness and value for money, but the wax itself wasn't perfect.

Lovely lady but the service was really bad. Only a few options of nail polishes and the manicure was really bad. The lady was very friendly but she didn't know what she was doing. Disappointing.

I turned up at my appointment time but was told they were running 20 minutes late so I had to go away and come back again, a bit annoying but at least when I returned I was seen to straight away. the manicure itself was good but I think it could have done with another coat and it would be good if there was a bigger selection of gel colours.
