Double dip alert!! The body wrap was lovely and the lady who did it was fab but the younger girl who did my eyebrows and Brazilian burnt me and left me and my unfinished lady parts covered in clumps of wax she didn't apply any finishing cream to my destroyed eyebrows so I was left with clumps around and had to go home and finish them off/clean up also I asked the girl why she was double dipping and didn't she replied "it only matters if you bleed". I complained and didn't have to pay for the Brazilian and the manager who did my wrap fixed it for me and was very lovely. But the double dipping on a Brazilian is why I'm commenting but the way my complaint was handled made it better. I left before my pedicure so I have given it average rating.

Lady doing my pedicure was so lovely, but honestly could of done the pedicure myself. Very little hard skin taken away and the Polish was crooked.

Very nice experience. I loved how quickly I was seen and the treatments were done in. I found the floor of the treatment room to be very dirty but I guess this is due to previous treatments during the day. I felt as though I did not want to remove my shoes nonetheless the beautician was very friendly and attentive. I'll defiantly be returning.
