Super friendly staff and a cute little salon but the hair grew back a lot quicker than when I normally have a Hollywood wax done.

I was given the wrong treatment and when I asked for a refund the venue said they would call Treatwell but never did. The towels were dirty with hair and residue from previous treatments on them. I will not be returning.

Booked in for HD brows a day before my holiday. For a start, they aren't HD and they do not use any of the HD products/procedures. The room was filthy and the tools were left across a shelf dirty with no sterilisation in between customers. I asked for light brown dye and she put on black (I have blonde hair). She waxed my brows and filled them in terribly with a blunt chubby product. I had to ask her to take off the make up and tell her what to do (including how to wax my eyebrow). I left the salon annoyed and with two wonky eyebrows.
