I booked for a hot wax which I have had monthly for 4yrs. I'm not sure if the therapist was inexperienced with hot wax but it was excruciatingly painful. She switched to strip wax and it was normal pain after that. If I went again I'd book strip wax. Also booked brazilian but she did Hollywood

I visited for a lastminute wax, and I was happy with the results. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The salon is quite small. I have rated the overall experience 4 stars.

This was an overall disappointing experience and I will not be returning. They did a poor job of applying polish and then had to spend extra time cleaning up their sloppy work. I found it strange that I had to put my feet up on the person's lap throughout the pedicure because they didn't have a proper chair or station set up. To me, it was just weird and unprofessional (and uncomfortable) to have to rest my feet on another person throughout the treatment.
