Although the wax itself was good... I booked a Brazillian which I reconfirmed with the beautician at the start of the treatment.... however was given a Hollywood and as I dont usually have or wanted this treatment it was painful!! I would recommend really letting them know what youre after as once the wax is on, theres nothing you can do!!
