Worst wax I've had in a long time. I arrived in time to be ignored for 10 minutes, when ushered in they had no idea what time I had booked for and rushed me out. I was even asked to get dressed at the end whilst the lady was still in the room. The was itself was such poor quality really patchy, I don't mean just the short hairs but longer thicker ones too in multiple places. I booked hot wax but I was told strip wax would be better. However I was not refunded the difference for the cheaoer wax.I was in and out the room within 8 minutes. Appreciate that they were busy on NYE but I do expect to get what I paid for and not be rushed. Certainty won't be going back a third time!
