It was all really lovely but the lady doing my pedicure cut my nail back too far and it subsequently got a little infected. Assuming that's a one-off and besides from that the place seemed lovely.

A quick, efficient treatment in a friendly salon. I’ve been a couple of times now and have been happy with the result both times. My only comment for improvement would be that it’d be nice to have some sort of post-treatment cooling cream/gel after the wax to reduce redness and remove some little bits of wax that get stuck.
