I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I had bought a pregnancy massage as a gift for a friend and it had been rearrange once, with the salon being closed the second time with no notification. This is extremely unprofessional and I am now seeking a refund.

I arrived early for my 4pm appointment.
At 3.50pm so I could be ready to get changed and settle into my 1 hour massage.
The salon was locked shut.
At 3.55pm I rang the salon twice with no reply
At 4.01pm a lady turned up
Stating that she was 'on her break'
By the time she'd opened up and I'd got changed it was 4.15pm approximately.
My massage started then ... so already I've lost 15 minutes.
The lady was lovely , however spoke too much. It was hard to switch off and relax.
For a full body massage she only worked on the back of my body and legs. Not turning me over on to my front.
Maybe she ran out of time? As she told me to
'Lie and relax for 5-7 minutes '
This was bought for me as a birthday present. I was disappointed with the service and value for money.
