Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed at all my experience today. The girl doing my nails although perfectly pleasant sadly didn’t seem to speak any English, which made communication very difficult! We were alone in the salon and there was no music so we literally say in silence for an hour. When she started painting the colour was not the same as on the sample which was annoying, so we had to start again with another colour. Then at the end one of the nails wasn’t set properly so had to be redone. I wasn’t able to pay by card which I wasn’t aware of so had to go and get cash and come back with it - something perhaps should be mentioned when booking that it’s cash only!
Sadly the quality of the mani isn’t very good - a few bubbles and a bit patchy.
Felt like the treatment was a bit rough/hasty which meant it was more painful than normally. I was still happy with the result and it was good value but I will continue to go to my regular salon.
