lovely ladies, but they were clearly in a rush to get off at the end of the day as I've never had such a fast pedicure. Not a great job, didn't use a base coat and the varnish didn't even cover all the nail. Won't be going back unfortunately.

The ambience and set up was sort of lacking. No proper chairs or basins for pedicure so it was done on a seat in a plastic bucket thing. Having said that though the ladies were lovely and the pedicure was very good.

Unprofessional and not clean. This isn’t my usual waxing place but I decided to go as mine didn’t have any appointments available. I looked at the pictures and it looked lovely well that was not the case, in the room I was taken there was wax and other stuff in the walls, the waxing sticks and were used wax sticks and not thrown in the bin. The floor was sticky and the towels were not clean. Wasn’t welcomed in, she was rushing the wax and the wax was dropping all over my body. Hollywood wax more like no wax. All my hair down below is still there she only removed the top parts that I can see laying down And said it is all clean down there. THERE WAS WAX STUCK DOWN THERE WND SHE DIDNT REMOVE IT. WAS VERY PAINFUL. she didn’t speak to me at all, music would’ve been nice. Hair still on my Labia. Had to go home and shave and it took me weeks to grow which I should’ve just done anyway (shave) as she didn’t do a good job. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this place for their waxing. She also tried to use a stick she used on a before customer and tried to charge me more when it was meant to be a set price?? She kept huffing and puffing and that made me feel very uneasy as I wasn’t use to this. She told me to have a shower as I got home bc of thE wax she still left on their she didn’t take off ANY hair at all. I want a Hollywood and didn’t even get that. I will never come back here. And I still paid for it feel like I shouldn’t now as I got home and it was worse than I initially thought. Horrible experience.
