Luisa was very kind and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and gave me some good tips on how to maintain my heels smooth. She did a great job at getting rid of the hard skin on my feet and my pedicure looks so nice and neat!

Awful experience from start to finish. The beautician ran half an hour late with another client - I was left standing outside the locked shop for all that time with no explanation or apology.
My bikini and arm wax were rushed and painful. I was extremely disappointed to find several stray hairs left behind, along with many patches of leftover wax. To make matters worse, I realised that my groin and arms felt all stubbly and hairs were growing back a day later - clearly all my hairs snapped from the way my wax was done. I would have been better off shaving - it would have given me the same results at a fraction of the price. Never going back again.
