I've stuck with the same beautician for a bikini wax for 3 years but have recently moved further away and decided to try Bella's after reading the great reviews. The beautician was lovely and made me feel very relaxed. The salon is beautifully clean and the music was great. However I was left in the room mid-wax for what felt like more than five minutes whilst the beautician was dealing with another client and after that the rest of the wax felt a bit rushed and imprecise and the results reflected this.

I arrived at the salon for my 10.30 appointment to find all the shutters down, I could not get a hold of anyone at reception. I had received no notice that the salon would be closed
