I arrived at the salon for my 10.30 appointment to find all the shutters down, I could not get a hold of anyone at reception. I had received no notice that the salon would be closed

Honestly, this was the most disappointing wax I've had in London. I've been getting waxes consistently for 5-6 years and it was the most perfunctory, quick wax I've ever had -- and not in a good way. When the waxer was finished I still had wax on me. I also got a text 15 minutes before my wax asking me to move it back an hour when I was already on my way. The waxer was really nice as a person, but the service was abysmal.
