She seemed surprised when I arrived. When I was taken to the room, which had loud radio music on - I was hoping for something a bit more relaxing (although she did turn it off). I wasn't keen on the massage style, it seemed a bit random/rushed.

Welcoming but did have to wait 20 mins for another appointment to end.
Lady who did the wax was lovely and chatty. But kept talking about the pain of waxing which didn’t really help.
Good wax, however, still some pieces wax attached at the end

My appointment was pushed back by 15 mins due to a walk-in, which I was only told about when I arrived. The wax was not the best I have ever had, but the staff were friendly and it's reasonably priced. Would visit again
