The woman was unprofessional. I arrived on time and she told me that the person that does the treatment wasn’t there and came back in 2 hours. I got there after 2 hours, she asked me what I wanted, and a bit upset, she said to enter the shop. Clearly there were someone else in the other room. Then, she invited me to go to the room for the treat and she was the one doing it. It was quite painful and long although she said it was very quick.
