it was a cold day and i was first appointment so it was chilly in the salon but Daniela was lovely, friendly and very efficient - i was in and out pretty quickly with a perfect waxing. I would be very happy to come back here.

The facial itself was fine, need better headbands for the facial - my hair was soaked and covered in a gunky face mask. Had to wash my hair twice to get it out. Also didn’t like that the mask was put all over my eyes - didn’t check beforehand and I have sensitive eyes. Left the facial with face mask all over my face still, stuck in my eyelashes, in my ears, hair & down my back. Wasn’t the best when going out in 2 degrees.

Nice venue, lovely member of staff. However the lift itself was quite disappointing. It only took 25 minutes whereas they usually take significantly longer. When I looked at my lashes they weren't particularly lifted and didn't look too different.
