Was left waiting for the manicure - once we got going the cuticle removal was quite painful. The manicure was ok but a bit rough at the edges.

The lady was nice but her bedside manner was not professional. The shop was freezing. The wax itself, was terrible, she went over the same areas so many times & hair was still left! I was left with bits of wax everywhere, I know you’re not really meant to have a shower straight after but I had no choice! Also I had to use my razor to take some of the wax off as it was not coming off at all. As I said the woman was nice but she needs to retrain as this was the worst wax I’ve ever had.
