The lady was nice but her bedside manner was not professional. The shop was freezing. The wax itself, was terrible, she went over the same areas so many times & hair was still left! I was left with bits of wax everywhere, I know you’re not really meant to have a shower straight after but I had no choice! Also I had to use my razor to take some of the wax off as it was not coming off at all. As I said the woman was nice but she needs to retrain as this was the worst wax I’ve ever had.
