I have been client for that salon for a while now and if I am usually happy with my service then today I had new therapists and she used wax what was too hot. And even after several remarks she still didn’t cool it down enough before she added it to my skin. So not very nice experience this time. I have done waxing for years now and I have very high pain level. I can it take very well, it was first time when I needed to ask to do something differently. I still like the salon, but I I have to look with who I book myself next time.
