The salon were running late on appointments which wasn’t acknowledged until I raised 15 minutes after my appointment time was meant to start. Then they were very polite and quick but resulting manicure not the best (needs a third coat, sloppy nail edges). Had booked for
manicure at £29 but they just gave me a gel polish (£22). They still tried to charge me £29 which I had to challenge. Not good; won’t go back.
