after jist 2 days my gel manicure fell off one finger and chipped on my thumb. i kept having to ask them to make corrections and they used the ultraviolet light from my feet to my hands. they were lovely women but didnt seem to know what they were doing and made me sit in uncomfortable positions fot ages. i tried to find an email to contact them but they dont even have a wedsite. very upset by the service and temporary the gel lasted.

It was very quiet and my therapist had to pop out mid-wax to charge another customer. That said, the wax was thorough, relatively pain free, and the therapist was absolutely lovely. I’ll definitely be returning.
