Really lovely people, just the disorganisation distracts from relaxing. Great to go for wax, nails or eyebrows not relaxing enough to bother with another treatment.

painful as felt a little rushed rather than it is usually. quite a few hairs missed didn't feel as thorough as usual at Bellas which was a bit of shame. had to ask for her to redo a couple of bits I will go back cos usually v good
