I was asked to come in earlier which is fine because who wants to work late on a bank holiday, but the woman who gave the treatment was obviously preoccupied. I had to remind her that I was having a manicure rather than just a file and polish. She did my cuticle work fine but didn’t clean my nails properly as after she put the polish on there was bumps on my nail where the leftover skin wasn’t cleared up. Also even after reminding that I booked a manicure I still didn’t receive a massage. She was pleasant and I love the colour I got but not great value for the price I paid.
