I had a 3pm leg wax appointment but wasn't seen until an hour later due to a ’booking error’. When I requested a refund or alternative compensation, the clinician was rude and dismissive. Although I received a free arm wax, I would not recommend.

Bellas is always clean and tidy, staff are always polite and friendly. If you have never had a spa pedicure highly recommend it, its so relaxing and the nail colour choices are fantastic.

I managed to make the appointment on line easily. Bellas is 100% clean and tidy, staff are always friendly and helpful, you are not made to feel rushed at any point.
