The salon was quiet with a few customers initially and had some background music. When I was the only customer they asked my music choice and played some. The staff were quiet and professional and chatted to customers in their preferred languages - English and Urdu, possibly another language as well. My therapist was happy to chat to me and also explain what she was doing which I enjoy as I like to learn.
