Nice salon, clean and very friendly. I'm not a big fan of using the drill so much to remove the old gel as my nails are very thin and the nail art although was done with a lot of thought and patience didn't match on two fingers when finished.

I booked a Deep Cleaning but on arrival I was told that it didn't include a facial and that would be an additional £8. I didn't want to argue plus I really needed the facial so I agreed. I'm not sure what exactly was added as the steam and extraction were already included in the description for the deep cleaning. This made me feel like I had been scammed. The facial was just average and the spa hygiene is questionable. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I won't go back.
