Thanks so much to Louisa. Just a simple trim this time but Louisa clearly knows her stuff and I was very happy with the experience overall. I will be along in due course for her to sort out my colour when it grows out.

The staff should be more professional and not gossip in front clients about other clients. My hair colouring was done very nicely but the rough drying was really rushed. My hair was not completely dry when I left.
