Have been going here for the past year and have never had a bad experience until this time. Have never had the technician before, he spent more time chatting with the colleagues and being involved in what they were doing (they didn’t have a customer) than doing my nails. The appointment took an 1 hour and 20 mins instead of the usual 50 because of this. He also did them too short, two have already chipped as no care was given and then didn’t give me my change… new nail place needed.
