clean and comfortable experience. only issue was I had to wait a while for the waxing lady to come even though I had an appointment. this is the second time I've been here and second time I've made a booking, both times I've had to wait (30 minutes the 1st visit, about 10/15 the second time). other than that I liked my nails and felt my wax was okay.

I got my eyebrows tinted and threaded and really loved the result! I probably wouldn't go back though, I had an appointment and still waited 20-30 mins past my time, they also didn't check what I had booked and tried to charge me the wrong amount. Great location, good service just need to be a bit more client focused

My nails all came out a different shape and one was round on one side and square on the other. The colour is also not even.

I always go to Lona for nails, she’s brilliant! Would highly recommend. They were very busy in Bella’s so my eyebrows were done in their sister salon a five minute walk away so Lona walked me there. Was very happy with how they turned out. I think Claire was the name of the beautician!

Good eyebrow wax and good value for money, although the venue is quite cramped and the lady doing my treatment had to keep stopping to let people pass etc.
