1. I was told first thing that I had come early and that my booking was at 4:30 which was confusing because my booking was at 3:15
2. I bought the full set of eyelash extension which is 1hr 15min however we started late and finished in around 35mins - totally sped through it
3. Placed lashes on my forehead, glue was potent, did not tape my eyes for more accurate lash to lash application
4. Parts of the lashes were clumped together as she didn't take the time to separate them at all until I complained about it
5. When I pointed out all the flaws she blamed it on my own lashes, and rather than take some fake lashes off and reapply them properly she pulled the lashes off which meant pulling my own lashes!!! it caught me by surprise that she did that and she denied it! she said she didn't pull out my lashes and showed it to me! I showed her that is indeed my lash! angered me so much! she didn't apologise for it!
6. She also did not wipe and clean the eye area before application
I think her boss Kim needs to review how she is doing people's lashes if doesn't think twice about pulling out lashes and does not know much about lashes! absolute amateur ! the worst place I have ever had my lashes done!
