I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. However, I kept on being passed from one colleague to another which caused delay in my nails being done. The nails that were finally done were messy . Thankfully, the other ladies realised and helped fix the situation. The pedicure I got done was amazing though. Just the manicure that wasn’t as good as I expected to be.

The staff was lovely and the colour and paint job of the pedicure were good.
The scrub and foot jets could have be nicer (more deep, warmer) but I did love the massage feature of the chair!
Decent acoustic pop hits were playing in the background but otherwise not much ambience.
Overall, a great deal (it was only £20). I would go back.

To start off with the nail technician was late, then I had one Person who started my hands and then he put one acrylic powder on one finger and stopped. I can see he wasn't very trained as the acrylic is now very wide and bumpy. It already looks like I have to do infils! They guy who finishes my nails was very nice but the polish isn't 100%! Took nearly 2 hours for acrylic!
