Arrived early and was taken straight away, no waiting around. Staff were very friendly. Whilst having my nails done there was a stream of people coming in wanting to be serviced straight away, staff were as accommodating as they could be. Happy with both nails and eyebrows would go back and will recommend.

Went for an ombré and chose from the chart, however when done looked nothing like the colour chosen rather than attempting to fix it the male doing my nails argued with me until another stepped in and tried to fix. Made what should have been a great experience really very uncomfortable and it would be good if the customer was at least listened too. Also asked for them to be shorter and again was ignored and told no.

The staff were great - really lovely and friendly. At first my manicure was slightly off because of a funny top coat, but when I mentioned it to the staff in the store they immediately rectified it and were great at sorting it out. Would recommend the salon!
