I booked this and was asked to go to one of their sister salons nearby when I arrived, this was not an issue as it was very close. however the other venue didn't seem prepared for me either, I find having to have my eyes closed for a long time quite stressful and I didn't feel they put me at ease, there were two people doing them and not much communication. one technician was much more gentle than the other but they seemed to be in a bit of a rush so the other took over and I found it quite painful. my lashes looked great but over the week i found they became quite itchy (I later learned this was because they were stuck together). as they were sort of clumped and stuck together this meant more than Normal my natural eyelashes were falling out. I ended up having them removed sadly. the girls were very nice but sadly not great eyelashes.

I’ve never had such a bad experience for a manicure, ever!! The shape of my nails was horrible (some shorter, some longer, some rounded, some square shaped) and eventually I had to ask to file the nails myself!!! The nail polish was old and very badly put. As a result, the color is not uniform but lighter in some points and darker in others. I hate complaining but this time I have to say that I am very disappointed. I will never go back there again and I don’t recommend it!
