The staff doesn't speak English well. The nails were filed in a clumsy way, one hand was not even compared with the other. So they are not even. The tools that were used were not sterilised, they were only sprayed before use. The WORST thing was that the boy who was doing my manicure had half of his thumb nail long and sharpened and he used for to take away any excessive nail polish or nail polish that would flow into the cuticle area instead of using a nail spatula! That was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced.
