Venue was not too bad but the therapist clearly lacked training and experience. I've had waxes for years but that was incredibly painful and done completely wrong. I really don't recommend you go there for a wax.

Pedicure was rushed and not thorough. Left with hard skin still in place. Got a bad, bleeding cut during manicure cuticle removal - made no attempt to disinfect.

The pedicure was done very well but It felt rushed. The massage chair wasn’t turned on and the water was far too hot at one point.
