While the actual manicure was good, the experience wasn’t. They pretend to be a different business, but are the same as Battersea Nails and Beauty (listed as a different salon). The towels used at the workstation were not clean, prices on Treatwell were inflated, and the lady (the manager there) was defensive and argumentative. Not the best experience overall. The man that did my nails was lovely though and really made an effort to get it right.

Amazing nails. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for gel polish when getting gel nails
